Our products are formulated for longevity and typically have a shelf life of 24 months. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 12 months for optimal efficacy.

Yes, Hermetica is committed to ethical beauty. All of our products are 100% vegan and we never test on animals at any stage of production.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.
